A Daily Word-Ladder Puzzle
Each day shows a start word and an end word. Fill in the stepping stones between them so every consecutive pair differs by exactly one letter edit:
Words are 3–6 letters long and must appear in the official scrabble dictionary. You may use between 1 and 10 steps. Shorter paths rank higher.
Use the Add/Remove buttons if you need more or less stepping stones to link the words.
When you complete a valid path, it is submitted automatically. Sign in to save your result and appear on the leaderboard.
Leaderboard entries are ranked by fewest steps, then fastest time. After you solve, the timer keeps running so you can keep trying for a shorter path — only a fewer-step solution updates your leaderboard entry, and it is submitted automatically when valid.
